Second Step Verification (2FA)

Second Step Verification, or two-factor authentication (2FA), is a crucial security feature provided by TRASAGATE. Almost all access within TRASAGATE or via the TRASAGATE proxy requires this additional verification step, unless explicitly exempted by policy.

Verification Using the TRASAGATE Mobile App​

When you attempt to log in using TRASAGATE, you will be prompted to choose a second step verification method.

Verification Using TRASAGATE U2F (Online Mode)​

Verification Using TRASAGATE TOTP (Offline Mode)​

  • Open the TRASAGATE app on your phone and select your organization's TRASAGATE account.
